unknown maker mark IG or maybe TTG for silver (925) ring

I am interested to know if anyone has information about ths mark.

It looks like IG in a cartouche, but on blowing the picture up, it looks more like two T's, or two hammers and a G. I found a silversmith named Theodore T. Goerck on the arts and crafts project page, but it may be a more modern ring than A&C. I also don't know how to take it to the next step, and find his mark. Any advice or comments most welcome.
