Tea spoon, Germany? / Switzerland? from 1850-1890

Can you help me with this very light (unusable thin..., 9 Gramms) teaspoon? I found long ago another item with the same lion, and "Weltliches Silber 2" attributes this lion mark as "unknown, Switzerland".
Maybe the maker mark can help?
