Spoon from Neuchatel, Switzerland, Maker IMM

Can you help me with the maker of this spoon? The chevron and the eagle indicate Neuchatel / Neuenburg in Switzerland. I read the mark as IMM. It came in a set with other spoons and forks from Neuchatel and should date around 1750 to 1800. I notice the owners name was "King", "Roi"
