That would be Birmingham 1909. The Maker is the Albion Chain Company (Frank Rabone and Walter Hayes Rabone), 37-39, Albion Street, Birmingham.

Thanks Trev, but isn't the letter for 1909 "k" with a squiggly bit at the bottom, like the image below? (I'm just learning about hallmarking so sorry if it's a stupid question) This ring looks like an "O" with a rectangle with the corners cut off?

No, It's not a stupid question at all. The mark you show was the one that was applied to silver items by the Birmingham Assay Office at this time and it is the one most frequently published by hallmark guides, the mark applied to gold items at the time has a different cartouche.

Sorry, I have just noticed, I should have typed 1913, not 1909. My apologies.
