This is a mesh purse - probably made in the Art Deco era. It has two marks I've never seen before and have been unable to find. The larger looks something like the French Boar head but this one has the double Roman Numerals below it. The other looks like a rocket ship with an "A" next to it.
1920s Mesh Purse Hallmarks
Re: 1920s Mesh Purse Hallmarks
HI,
The mark on the right is from the Lisbon assay office, it indicates a minimum of 833/1000 silver and was in use from 1887 until 1938.
The mark on the left is the maker's mark, hopefully another member can identify it.

I have been unable to find a translation of this book, it could be only available in the original language:
Marcas de Contrastes e ourives Portugueses
2 Vols
Published by Imprensa Nacional - Casa da Moeda 1996.
For Portuguese hallmarks, the makers mark might be listed therein.
