Hi,
Austria-Hungary 1872 to 1922. It has the 14K Gold Standard Fox Head Hallmark (irregular hexagon) with the fox head facing to the left.
There should be a letter to the left of it, and a number 4 on the right of it. The letter stands for the Assay Office (Vienna was A).
The number 4 stands for the fourth standard for gold in Austria which is 14K Gold.

I have a sugar box (Zuckerdose) with the same FM mark in Vienna for Franz Martinetz (active from 1902 onwards),but not sure if he was a jeweler, too.

Hello!
Unfortunatly AG2012 wrong in this case.
This wolf mark was valid hungarian 14k hallmark between 1937-1966.
BTW, I don't know the maker either.
Best regards!
