The maker is Matthias Rombauer lutheran goldsmith, worked in Eperjes (today Presov, now Slovakia). He born in 1776, in Lőcse, learned the job in Kassa between 1790-1795. from Johannes Wandet. Became maker around 1800, citizen in Eperjes in 1804, his first wife was Isbother, 2.wife was Susanna Parry(Parvy).
Our last details from him from 1828.
