Silver Empire style tea/coffee spoon.
Looking at the oval shield shape I believe it could read KP for Hendrik Kuyp, born 1744, registered silversmith in Amsterdam 1776-1810, the year he died. Maker of small silver work.
Although we have also for Amsterdam KB in capital letters in a 'rectangle ' shaped shield and KB in script letters in an oval shield for: Adrianus Koekebakker, born 1749 in Haarlem, registered silversmith in 1791 -before 1811, died after 1809. Maker of small silver works, tea and sugar spoons. Adrianus first started as silversmith in the city of Haarlem, maker's mark clover, registered in Haarlem 1766-1788 .
Town mark of Amsterdam 2nd standard 833/000 fineness, combined with year letter V for 1804.
