Hello, there is some damage to the letters, that is why the name is not completely readabale. It should be read as REU, Fritz Reu from Germany. They no longer produce cups like that, I would date this to the 1960ies to 1970ies, give or take. See their homepage on fritz-reu.de Regards, Bahner
