Hello, I have searched a lot to try to find something about this piece, I have not managed to find anything about the mark, nor about this piece.
I would like to know where it is from? what year is it ?
Thanks
Roberto
Help me to ID this Mark and the Piece
Re: Help me to ID this Mark and the Piece
The figure it the mascot of a company that produces cleaning products. It was a white container with her imprinted at the bottom of the label with "Dutch Made" under her feet. I thought it might be Bon Ami, but alas no. I will ferret out the product.

Re: Help me to ID this Mark and the Piece
It's part of a set of Dutch girl & boy salt & pepper shakers - similar 'Dutch Revival' figural shakers were made in the Netherlands and Germany in the early 20th century, but suspect yours is probably a bit nearer to mid 20th century dating, intended for the tourist market.
Pretty sure that mark is for Spritzer & Fuhrmann, jewelers that started in the Netherlands Antilles, spread through the Caribbean, also having stores on the Netherlands and New York. Have seen this same little couple done in silverplate and marked only 'Denmark' - most of S.& F.'s 'Old Dutch' pieces were made in Denmark.

Please start a new topic for this new set of marks - and remember to post a picture of the whole item.
