Unknown maker for rare gold/diamonds cufflinks

I have purchased possibly very expensive scroll like cufflinks, pretty sure Italian. Can't find maker. Will appreciate any help, I purchased it in pair with very expensive Graff cufflinks.

Best I can see here is "750", then something like combination between "S" and "H" in the triangle , then box with "star .156. 81"

This is your image.
Italian 18 K gold.Maker`s registration number is on the right.The star comes first then what appears to be 158 or 138 and then province; is it BO for Bologna ? If you manage to identify the number and province we might try to trace the maker.
