Krisztián is right about 1872, the letter for assay office being within the mark.
Cannot identify ‚‚I‚‚
It was used for Klagenfurt until 1867 but changed to ‚‚K‚‚ after that.

Re: Silver spoon - Unknown country
letter ‚‚I‚‚ was asigned to Bolzano (Bozen).
Take a look here.

Data are very reliable because my two figural spoons from Bozen had different letters and engraved Bozen on both (no mistake).

Re: Silver spoon - Unknown country
Many thanks for your help Krisztián and AG2012 !
After some cleaning, I see :
- on the left of the lion head : probably the letter "I" AG2012 is refering to.
- on the right of the lion head : maybe "4" ? What is the signification of this ?
Thanks !

Re: Silver spoon - Unknown country
Number ‚‚4‚‚ is .750 standard
Letter ‚‚I‚‚ stands for Bolzano assay office after dissolution from Bregenz H2 assay office, (my link).

Re: Silver spoon - Unknown country
The office letter "I/J" was not assigned until 1 Apr 1898, when it was given to the Innsbruck office (which, prior to that, had used the code "H1" as a satellite of the Bregenz office). It was never, as far as I can tell, assigned to the Bozen office (although the Bozen office does appear to have fallen under the jurisdiction of the Innsbruck office at that time).
That said, the maker "OW" here is almost certainly Otto Wilfling of Innsbruck.
