Help!! What does this Hallmark Mean

Hi I picked up these candlestick holders up the other day. They have H.O.H. on them (Hansen I think) and a hallmark. What does this hallmark mean?
Are they sterling silver or it silver plate. Thank you for any info

its the Danish torch mark - representing good quality and craftmanship in silverplate.
