H&S Austro-Hungarian spoon

This is an Austro-Hungarian spoon with a lovely clear maker’s mark of “H&S” but I cannot trace it anywhere. Any suggestions?

I think, it's rather german, maybe from Frankfurt.

Thank you gentlemen. It seems that no matter how many reference books I have, the mark that I am looking for is in another one!
