Hello there! I think your mark is for the modern jewelry manufacturer Premier Designs, Irving, TX. A quick google search will give you more information.

Hi Tree and Angela, thank you so much for both your posts! I obviously need to change my settings to get notified about replies! I will get a picture of the whole pendant and it sure does look like a Premier Designs Mark that part of the D was rubbed off, so I will look into that...thank you Angela for that lead. :)
