sterling lidded ink well unknown hallmarks

I'm sorry the marks are hard to see, it was the best I could get, they are very tiny and had to use my stereo eighty microscope. Marked twice as you can see in second photo.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Imnideit-

I think the best picture you have would be the third, if you could take the same shot without the flash, it would show a lot better, giving a clearer picture that may be recognized. If you could then imitate this action and show the marks on the bottom of picture two at a straight on angle, your item may be identified.
