Please help ID candle sticks

Could somebody help me with this pair of candle sticks? Found them in a Jerusalem antics shop...
The first hallmark 800 with a B - upright down?
The second hallmarks is two times A on the stem.
For any help about country and maker thanks in advance

Hi Wolfgang-
I see what you mean about the 800 being upside down, guess that dosen't matter much. The "A's" however.... are you sure that the second one is an "A"? Dosen't look like an "A" to me, looks more like a pictorial mark of some kind. What do you think? A origin mark maybe?

Hi Byron, there are 2 "A's" visible. On the second candlestick, the right A is readable, on thge first the left one. So my conclusion there are 2 A's side by side...regards wolfgang
