Sterling Tray - Industria(?) de ??? Help with mark!

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help me identify the maker of this tray - there is a stamp that says only : Sterling 925 - to the right of the 925 are the words (or partial word) perhaps INDUST(RIA?) DE - I have tried every which way, but see nothing but those two words - can't figure it out for the life of me - can anyone help identify this?
