Hello, I believe that is the mark of Frères (Brothers) Gely from Lausanne. Marc Gely (1787 - 1871) and Charles Gely (1789 - 1860) started working together in 1813. In 1814 they aquired the old workshop of Papus & Dautun (see other thread on Swiss spoons). Again one can say that the workshop of Frères Gely was the most important in Lausanne at the time.
