Strawberry bowl

This pretty strawberry bowl of 17cm diameter with embossed flowers has three marks:
The first is probably an unimportant code.
The second looks like AP (no jokes please!)
The third is an 800 mark which I think makes this Italian.
Can someone help me with the date and maker?
