Eggspoon maker's mark F.H ??

At least I think it's European (875 silver) and I think it's an egg spoon (shape of bowl) but any help greatly appreciated. I can't make out the little symbol before the 875 even with a glass. Thanks

See Latvia on this site at Foreign Hallmarks.
I think the style of the engraved decoration would place it in the first third of the 20th century.

Thanks so much for info!! I never even thought to check encyclopedia first, still learning to navigate this great site. Your dating fits too, there's a 1932 date engraved at other end of handle.

Your egg spoon looks more like a jam spoon. European jam spoons got bowls like that.
