Help needed with a silver tray

Hi,

I own a silver tray that I cannot identify. Here is a picture of this tray:

Its repoussé style looks to me as 19C or perhaps older.

It is marked on the bottom with an assay zigzag and 3 marks :
- some sort of W in a worn circle
- the number 86 over the assay zigzag, with a tiny letter (w ?) below
- a worn mark

Here are the hallmarks:

Due to the zigzag assay mark, I guess it originated in central-western Europe and the closest marks I found in the Tardy's are those from Will in Switzerland, but I cannot be sure as there is no perfect matching.

Can anyone help in identifying origin, maker and age of this tray ?

Thanks in advance,

Dinio

i guess the style is not central european. the hallmarks too don`t look like european ones.
