Need help identifying mark on this silver cigar cutter-poss Austrian Hungary

Hello to everyone.
I'm trying to identify a mark/hallmark on a silver stag horn cigar cutter.
It's a silver stag head with leaves & acorns on stag horn. It has one marking that I have tried to find, but have not had any luck.
The same cigar cutter I've found online has been identified as Austro-Hungarian or Austrian c. 1890-1900.
Any help appreciated!

The mark looks like the mark of the company PFEILRING in Solingen/Germany.
