It could be Dresden if there was a letter D. But there isn't. Crossed swords were used in many cities in Saxony from the 1700s. Often with a letter corresponding to the first letter of the city. But here there is no letter for the city.
Have you already searched for the manufacturer of this can in another forum?

I think it is Johann Gottlob Pundselius in Schleiz, later in Wien.

------------------------------------------------------
Johann Gottlob Bonselius, Bürger und Goldarbeiter in Schleiz, Sohn des Daniel Christoph Bonselius, gewesener Bürger, Gold- und Silberarbeiter zu Weißenfels. Heiratet (I) am 11.November 1798 Henriette Louise Wilhelmine Groschuft.
Johann Gottlob Pundselius heiratet (II) 1800 als Witwer die Jfr. Friedeike Sophie Fischer.

Am 7.November 1810 stirbt sein ältester Sohn Karl Heinrich Wilhelm im 5. Jahre.

Johann Gottlob Pundseelius (vgl. [A.SCHRÖDER] Nr.1091), in Leipzig 1787-93 Lehrling bei Barthel, am 18.3.1793 Geselle (Gesellenstück ein kamoisierten Rosettenring).
