From what I’ve researched, there are a few people saying that a mark like this means the item is from Porto, Portugal but I haven’t been able to confirm that.
I also would like to know the date, but I have no idea how to tell that. The only other mark besides the crowned P is either “Rosso” or “Russo.”
Anyone have any ideas?
Spoon from Portugal?
Re: Spoon from Portugal?
The name is RUSSO from the city of Porto. Second half of the XIX century. Cheers
