I have difficulties identifying makers mark.
I think it is Wien, Austria, 1872-1922.

Re: maker? Wien 1872- fish serving knife MS knight helmet
Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
The knight's helm is a trade-mark of Josef Carl Klinkosch.
Hopefully someone else can identify the 'MS' mark.
