Hi,
Naples (Napoli) Italy, the mark was used 1832-1872; the head of Parthenope in profile, number 8 for 833/000. Letter N for domestic production "Nostrale" in Italian.
Amena (our Italian expert here) will surely decipher another mark.

Hi Ag 2012
Thanks for the trust.
The LF mark above a circle is attributed, with good probability , to the master Luigi Forte.
