Unfortunately no, the years are "around"(as I also wrote). The silver marking system in Norway was rather inexact/insufficient in the old days (still is a bit). Moreover, they have used a huge variety of silver fineness in the past 12,0, 12,1/2, 13, 13,1/3L, 13,1/4L, 14,0, 14,0L... to 1892 when the changed to promille (830S, 830 or higher). The above is not a complete "list" because it is a much longer and rather complicated story including use and marking of the other marks too...
