silver bag 18th century

I need some help on the hallmark shown.
Any help concerning origin and maker is welcome.

Hi,
Town mark is Hamburg, first half 18t century.
There is a bag frame in Munich museum made by this maker (CH IB with flaming heart).
The fabric and possibly the chain,too, are later additions.

The mark can also be found in Marc Rosenberg's Der Goldschmiede Merkzeichen as #2432. Unfortunately the maker seems to be unknown to name.
