Hi,
I'm a newbie here and would be very grateful if anyone had any thoughts on the use/origin/date of this "cup"
(not sure what else to call it). My parents gave me 3 of them, all the same.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Not Russian, and they are solid silver .900 fineness (a bit lower than sterling).
Marks are applied by the maker, i.e. they are not legislated hallmarks.
Just guessing the origin is south of Europe.

This hallmark has already been discussed here several times.
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=56601&p=182819&hilit=modena#p182819Someone has attributed it to Modena, but it is not true.
As Ag 2012 says, they are fantasy marks, perhaps Italian.
Best
