What does this "teapot" mark mean?

Hi,
I have a small silver plate showing in below pics. There is a silversmith mark representing Jozsef Ullamnn and a Diana head, I can recognized them. But there is another small mark like a teapot (?) inside. Anyone familiar with this? Thanks in advance!
