Can you identify the maker and country of this tray please?

Hi again,

I looked at it again and it seems like silver plated.
Can it be marked as 800 when it's 800 plated?

Hi, welcome to the forum. 800 is just a number and not a hallmark. My advise have it tested by a professional .
