Silver (?) Ladle with Faint Markings - 13 Loth?

Hullo again. In the same lot of Austrian silver that I purchased, I have a ladle. The makers mark has better impression than the country. I thought perhaps this was a castle with 13 in the castle door, but it also appears that possibly there are crossed hammers above it? Heck, maybe a Dutch castle with 13 being the date Mark? I dunno…does anyone see anything more definitively than I do? Oh - identifying the silversmith would be lovely help, too!

Thanks!

Noticing the highlighting...I think you need 5th town listed above the eight images. The lower list goes to the ten image row.

Traintime, thanks for pointing out my error.

The good thing, is that I did have the correct town, as AG2012 mentions. Thanks, AG!

Any thoughts on the maker?
