Looks like Győr (Hungary) very early 19th century.

It seems Kassa (Kosice) around 1800-1815.
But it is a very unusual city mark from there, without the year!
Can you make some better pictures about the maker's mark?

Very unusual; I thought of Kassa (Kaschau) but in Tardy 1810 is number 13 under the crown and as early as 1812 there is a year within the mark.

On the other hand the triangle mark with 13 is very unusual too.
I'm very courious, and waiting for a good picture of the maker's mark. It can finally decide the question if it can be identified with the monogram of a known master.
