Is this an Italian makers mark?

This is a separate post on this maker I posted under Fratelli Cacchione earlier. Here in other countries.
The owner of the box is saying it is French or Austrian 1860. I have said to them that I feel it is Italian and similar period to my box may be pre 1934.
It was interesting for me to see it as it is very similar in style to my box.
does anyone know this mark? a little rubbed. Not sure if this may also be by Cacchione .one of there other marks ,is the middle letter a T or F ? if F the other letter C.

I stumbled on to the post ,on the Dartsil box,Great that you have found maker,will past it on to the owner of the box.

Great work . interesting re ivory tops on these boxes ,Germany ,Italy, France ,when boxes unmarked.
