Unidentified silver tray

Post by huszas76 »

Dear Friends!
I have this big empire silver (I made acid test) tray.
I found these marks, but I can't find it, and I can't identify. (Sorry, I couldn't embed for some reason)

Thank you for your help!

Hi Krisztián,

https://postimages.org (choose 'Share', then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' code) is recommended. Do not use Photobucket or Dropbox.

I keep reading about a "Satyr" hallmark from Belgrade, Serbia, and I happened upon it because I thought the image of that standing figure was that of a young "Satyr" ::: If hallmarking was not compulsory for this region, which might have been part of the Austro-Hungarian empire at this time, is it possible that this is from that region? :::
