Please help identify silver hallmark, maker's mark.

Hi,
The form of restrike mark 12D for Lemberg does not look right.
Dots mark is a phantasy.
The overall aspect of the lidded cup and its décor are wrong.
I`d attribute it to a plethora of faked silver emerging from Eastern Europe.
