bird mark on Gravy Boat

Hi Guys, I have a gravy boat with only this mark on. Have not found any reference to it in silver or silver plate online. The Gravy Boat doesn't hold a magnet. Does anyone have any idea what it is or where it is from. Greatly appreciated as always
