Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

It's Spanish. See: https://www.925-1000.com/foreign_marks6.html

It very well could be from Israel and that hallmark with the number is one of the "Mem" silver hallmarks which has the letter "Mem" and a number. ::::
I believe I see the letter "Mem" and another Hebrew letter next to it (not sure what that letter is) and there is a number underneath it (either 52 or 62 not sure which). :::::

The star does seem to have 6-points and not the 5=points (Spain silver hallmark pentagram) to my eyes at least which are of average power. ::::

I do not understand this silver or silver plating.
I want to buy this item but I'm not sure if it is silver.
I don’t know what price to offer.

No known silver (hall) marks nor 925. Perhaps made out of non precious metal which should reflect in the price. To be sure have it tested for silver.

Does the Spanish auction house describes it made out of white metal or made out of silver?

The marks on the miniature Harley at first glance, the six pointed star in a circle, might try to "suggest" to be the Spanish hallmark for silver ( 5 pointed star) in a circular frame. Perhaps the marks are pseudo marks?
If in doubt do not bid.

Without a doubt it is Spanish.
The star corresponds to the quality of silver of 916 thousandths (therefore it is not silver but sterling silver).

The other trademark corresponds to the city of Salamanca - Spain (SA) and the registration number of the establishment, according to the Precious Metals Law of 1934.
Unfortunately, I do not have record 62 referenced.

Another example:

[img] https://i.postimg.cc/21jDTkLk/BLC0040-Masriera.jpg [/ img] [/ url]

In this case, the brand is from Barcelona and trade No. 9 is registered as Cut Stone, S.A.

Poor images/slightly mis-struck mark?

Now.... Just a just a few days ago we were reminded of this quote from 'Goldstein' :"you can lead a donkey to water but you can't force it to drink" :)))

It is simply a 5-pointed star and it has nothing to do with the Star of David, only that it looks a lot like it.

Thanks Funkel, agree the Spanish pentagram and a bit failed which gives it an odd "hexagram" in appearance.

Peter.

Gràcies Funkel, accepteu el pentagrama espanyol i heu fallat una mica, cosa que li dóna un aspecte "hexagrama" estrany.
moltes gràcies, que tingueu un bon dia

A pentagram has 5 points while Star of David has 6 points. A minor difference of 1 point

Qr.S most of us know the difference between a pentagram and hexagram.

For comparison:
On the Harley Davidson.
