Italian cornucopia & bag

Post by pvroom34 »

Hi, these were handed down to me by family members. Please see photos. I don't know for sure if they are silver plated or sterling silver and I can't find anything online that tells me who made them, I can't find any other marks.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Please embed your pictures so that responders do not have to click on links. Also note that Google is not a suitable photo hosting site for embedded pictures and neither are Photobucket or Dropbox. https://postimages.org is recommended (click 'Share', then copy and paste the 'Hotlink for forums' code to embed your images).

Neither silverplate nor solid silver.
They are resin objects covered with a thin layer of silver. For this they have the R in a square. More focused and embedded photos can lead to other information
