I need help identifying this spoon. Dutch Maastricht or Spain? mark on the back is very blur ....Thank you for any info.

No it is not old nor Maastricht or Dutch. My first impression a Spanish souvenir. Hence the bullhead /bullfighting/Osborne bull. For Maastricht see:
