ID help - Cigarette case stamped FOE

Hello all, lovely community you've got here. I've purchased a what I believe to be sterling silver cigarette case.

I've bounced around several websites to try and identify the country of origin, maker, and silver type, to no avail. There are three hallmarks, no other engravings, it is gold lined and weighs approx 175grams:

Doghead 3 mark for Austria- Hungary 1867-1922 small silver 800/000. The maker's is unknown to me. Please embedded your images.

Hi,
It is Hungarian mark for small articles: Dog head, (purity 3=.800).
The maker is 'Fővárosi Óra- és Ékszeripari Vállalat' ("Metropolitan Watch and Jewelry Company").Budapest

Forgot to mention: this mark (dog head) was used1937 - 1966. Similar mark was used in Austria-Hungary Empire 1866-1937 but there was letter P on the right (i.e.in front of dog`s head) indicating Pest Assay Office.
