Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to decipher the hallmarks on this little caddy. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi,
It does have oriental look;possibly India or China.Pseudo Birmingham anchor mark used as a guarantee of sterling standard and quality as often seen in Chinese export silver (lion passant or rampant and pseudo duty marks,etc).
