Big spoon with mini hallmark. Help identify

I have a big silver spoon (verified).
/ The spoon itself is thin, the monogram is cut very deeply. The tip of the spoon is sharpened, no other metal is visible. A spoon is silver 100% /
The hallmark is very small and strange, never met anything like it.
Perhaps you have encountered this?
