That looks so right. I had thought Turin 18th century from a mark on the hallmarkswiki, but the other marks did not look right. You are a godsend. What info do you have on the mark you posted?
The typical punching of Messina until 1826 consists of three marks. 1 stamp of the Consul with the year 2 stamp of the City 3 silversmith's stamp On your plate the Messina crest is a bit strange, but the other two brands seem correct.
