Help with mark on Salt Cellar

I have never seen this mark before, I think it would be Continental but I am not even sure of that. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not about the marks per se, but have any dimensions?-- Not sure how you got salt here...Bacchus-as-child is associated with wine, as are the grape clusters with leaves (the feet). His feet may designate a fill line and would interfere with a glass liner (salt being corrosive in direct contact with metals) unless you could get the lip under his legs...??? (This brief interlude brought to you as a public service..now, back to our regular programming.)
