Yes, it is Zappati Giovan Paolo (1726-1758) or his son Pietro (1759-1781) Rome.

wow thank you both. I've never seen Italian silver before the late 19th century with the more typical hallmarks. can you explain how the numbers correspond to the weight? it's 40 regular ounces.

I think it's 3 libbre 4 once and 13 denari, it means about 1145 grams.

Thanks, its only lost a few grams of weight over the years at 1138 grams.
