18th century candlestick Austro-Hungarian

Good afternoon, the owner says that it is a candlestick 18st, weighing 1.8kg.
1. Tell me please, or is it so? why such an long carving?
2. I see the Lemberg contributory marks of the early 19th century? why two?

Lemberg (Lviv) Galizien.
12 Loth (.750) 1806 - 1087.
The mark in the middle is tax-free import the same year.
Engraved year is irrelevant unless you identify more marks.

The marks were used for old silver but how can you tell how old without more marks.

Dear AG2012.
This is a typical altar candlestick from the middle of the 18. century. I see numerous pieces from Austria-Hungary and Germany.
But I don't see any marks, that suggest fineness. Is it possible to you confused the tax mark with a delicacy mark, or is there a sign on the pictures that I can't see?

Right, my mistake and not good memory any more.
12 refers to amount of Kreuzer paid for each Loth of silver, not the fineness.
