Second attempt to find the maker ot this rather rare item, produced in Austria after WWI. Maker's mark AKO. Who is it?

With the help of Dr. Waltraud Neuwirth, Vienna i found the maker. It is Anton Kolar, Vienna, company founded 1910 and still existing.
