You probably know that the spoon is from Poland 1920-1931. Its fineness is 800/1000. I have a rather good list of Polish masters but mainly from Warsaw. I cannot find this AF/AP/AR (?) from my list. Please confirm the letters, your photos are too much out of focus. Anyway, the hallmark shows the the assay office as a Latin letter behind the woman's neck. What letter might it be? It could be of help knowing the town.

Makers seems like Ab , sorry i can only see the number 3 next but no letter.
